Not only for being the no.1 Neo4j partner globally, but also for developing its own product HUME, which is the only graph-powered insights engine in the world. This puts GraphAware five years ahead of other industry players. HUME can take GraphAware from a 35 people company to 100 people company in 3 years. This also brings new challenges in people management and we are looking for a strong and talented Technical Recruiter who is looking for a great opportunity and can help us grow.
As the Technical Recruiter, you will directly report to the Talent Manager and become one of the key players in the team, whose responsibility is to build the technical teams and to take care of all aspects of the sourcing of IT professionals to fill technical positions. Ultimately, you will build strong tech talent pipelines and help hire and retain skilled team members for our IT positions.

As the Technical Recruiter, you will be sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You need to be able to efficiently review a high volume of applications and ensure that every candidate gets a professional response from us. You will guide candidates as well as the GraphAware hiring teams and managers throughout the whole hiring process and make sure that it is well and professionally managed. Your responsibility is to ensure a positive candidate experience for applicants and smooth organization of activities/actions for the hiring teams. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure that we attract the best professionals. You will also participate and contribute to our career page content. The ultimate goal is to manage the rapid growth of the company and its ambitious plans from the sourcing and hiring perspective and make sure that we reach where we aim to.

  • Understand and identify yourself with company vision, mission and core values and incorporate those to our hiring activities and employer branding
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements and ensure that our job descriptions/ads are accurate, informative and at the same time attractive
  • Manage advertising for various roles and ensure that we spend effectively on our hiring efforts
  • Work with and continuously update our own Applicant Traffic System (BreezyHR) and ensure the correctness of all information and updates
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow, Github and Circular and manage any kinds of subscriptions
  • Build pipelines of qualified candidates to ensure minimal time-to-hire
  • Manage the entire hiring cycle and ensure professional and positive candidate experience
    • Create and manage all kinds of hiring templates (emails, questionnaires, interview guides, etc.)
    • Pre-screen applicants and follow up with additional screening questions with shortlisted candidates
    • Distribute and then manage the submissions and review of technical assessments
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
    • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
    • Compose offer letters
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
