We are looking for a BDR at GraphAware, who is a tech-savvy, passionate and independent thinker capable of self-motivating and self-managing, thriving with the level of freedom we offer our team members. Excellent communication (especially in English) is the key skill for this job since you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients worldwide, who have shown interest in GraphAware Hume. You need to use your thorough technical and product knowledge to understand, advise and guide potential customers considering you are the one qualifying the lead and deciding on the viability of the potential relationship.

At later stages, analytical and business thinking will be a must since you will also monitor our business environment and actively identify and engage with key players at our potential clients’ companies. The ultimate goal is to evaluate a prospect and arrange sales appointments that eventually turn into legitimate sales opportunities.

This role could be an amazing starting position for an ambitious individual since it gives a tremendous opportunity for a future career growth into an Account Executive, who would become the key link to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Key Communicator: Work with our CRM (Hubspot) and initiate business communication via email, high-level discovery calls or other means with prospects and find out as much information as possible in order to qualify the level of potential.
  • Administrator: Enter all necessary details of prospective clients into the system and ensure correctness of data.
  • Organizer: Communicate with the Business Development Director on a regular basis, set up meetings for him and other sales team members and ensure the continuous growth of our sales pipeline
  • Team Player: Closely cooperate with the Marketing team in order to streamline the handover of contacts and potential leads.
  • GraphAware’s Ambassador: Professionally communicate, create and maintain business relationships with potential clients as well as other external parties and ensure that the correct information is shared to the right places and people and to build GraphAware’s reputation and network.

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields
  • 1 to 2 year experience working as a sales representative in a relevant industry
