As the Sales Director, you are one of the key players of the leadership team, whose responsibility is to ensure a rapid company growth and lead the team towards common goals. As our Sales Director, you will oversee and direct all sales efforts to meet or exceed sales revenue and contribute to the overall profitability of the company. You need to be able to maintain and grow the current portfolio and manage sales pipelines. Your responsibility is to identify where improvements can be made and consequently take actions to maintain continuous growth of the company. You are responsible for successful management of current clients as well as maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships. As the Sales Director at GraphAware, you are one of the key players of the leadership team and as such cooperate closely with other teams within the organization to streamline the efforts towards common goals. You are responsible for continual development of the sales team members.

Here are the key expectations.

Sales Strategy

  • Determine, implement and execute sales strategies that will more than double the Hume ARR in two years
  • Manage robust sales budget that will fully enable the sales strategy
  • Create and manage sales pipelines to forecast revenue and provide clear key metrics to make crucial business decisions
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage existing portfolio of clients, who are distributed around the world, ranging from fast growing tech startups to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies
  • Review clients’ activity, anticipate their needs, and improve client satisfaction

Partnership Management

  • Manage global distribution and implementation partners and participate in strategic relationship/partnership with Neo4j to strengthen our bonds with key business partners

Internal Communications

  • Work closely with the marketing team and product team to streamline the promotional and product development efforts
  • Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team to keep them aligned with key activities and results

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor and develop team members within the sales team and fully utilize the teams’ potential to achieve required results

Continuous Improvements

  • Identify opportunities as well as areas where improvements can be made and consequently take actions to maintain continuous growth of the company

If you want to succeed, we believe you need to have the following skills/background:

To perform and understand the core aspects of the job

  • Track record in leading B2B technology sales teams and growing revenue in multiples YoY
  • International sales experience
  • Proven experience working within a small but fast growing company environment
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in leading and/or key positions
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Experienced in working with a fast-paced CEO

Bonus skills

  • Familiarity with Neo4j or graph technologies
  • Master’s Degree in a business-related field
