As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll collaborate with our CTO and engineering teams to build and maintain the secure, scalable infrastructure behind GraphAware’s products. You'll take broad ownership of infrastructure, security, and internal IT, shaping how we build, deploy, and run both internal and customer-facing systems.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain our existing infrastructure in AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain our internal tools (Artifactory, Harbor, Argo, Grafana, Prometheus etc.)
  • Support engineering teams with CI/CD setup, optimizations, monitoring, and ad-hoc DevOps requests
  • Drive tool evaluation and R&D to continuously improve reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Operate and train others on key platform components: Kubernetes, Docker, Neo4j, security
  • Assist with secure, air-gapped deployments in customer environments
  • Administer and secure company-wide SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Atlassian, Harvest)
  • Track infrastructure usage and costs; provide capacity planning and forecasts
  • Manage internal IT operations and onboarding processes until the team scales further

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of Linux system administration experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Solid understanding of computer security principles and best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MS Azure
  • Experience managing Google Workspace
  • Production deployment experience with:
    • Neo4j
    • PostgreSQL
    • Spring Boot

Team & Communication

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Awareness of different communication styles and cultural nuances
